Athletic Participation and Trainer Fees
- Athletic participation fees (including cheerleading) and athletic trainer fees will be annually assessed as directed by the Strongsville Board of Education.
Fee Schedule (paid per sport)
- High School $200.00
- Middle School $100.00
- Family Cap $600.00
Athletic Trainer Fees (one time per year)
- High School $20.00
- Middle School $10.00
Other Items
- Participation fees must be paid in full prior to participating in any contest
- In addition, students with ANY past due fees, must pay those fees in full or they will be prohibited from athletic participation
- Payments for combined fees as well as multiple participants will be accepted
- Clear identification of the student’s name and program participating in is required to be accompanied with each payment
- The athletic department will be ultimately responsible for maintaining all records of participation and trainer fees
- Refunds will not be processed for partial seasons as the result of injury, team discipline or voluntary removal from the program
- All coaches are expected and required to maintain and adhere to these procedures in accordance with the directive set forth by the District Board of Education.
- Coaches will be responsible for collecting the fees and turning them into the Athletic Department
- Receipts will be issued for cash payments; checks are preferred
- It is the responsibility of each family to notify the athletic department if they qualify for the family cap
